Orders are dispatched within 5 days of full payment.
Orders are posted on a Friday, additional postage runs may be made through the week when possible.

Domestic (within Australia) delivery times are usually within 2-6 days for metro areas, it's best to check your tracking information for a more accurate time frame.

International orders are can take anywhere from 10-30 days to arrive, all orders will come with tracking so it's best to check that for a more accurate time frame.

Please make sure your address is correct as any returned orders will incur additional postage costs.

Shipping insurance can be added to your cart. From The Rose Garden will not be held liable or compensate for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels.
