Refund policy
Refunds will not be given for change of mind so be careful when you are checking out.
Returns
Due to the nature of reusable items we are not able to accept returns once they have been posted
If your order hasn't been posted and you request a refund, one can be given minus a 10% admin fee
Repairs/Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/repair.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are approved for a repair we will let you know how long until it is due to be complete and back in the post.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance items
Our refund and exchange/replacement policies do no apply to clearance items as they are heavily discounted to reflect this.
Exchanges/Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fromtherosegarden.com.au
If an exchange/replacement is approved we can not guarantee that the same product will be available, if this does occur we will be in contact to discuss options.
When sending an item back we advise using trackable postage as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
Warranty
All items come with a 6 month warranty period for the original owner.
Warranty is void if the care instructions are not followed or if they are purchased second hand.
